Mach 2 Magnetic Zipline Trolley

The Mach 2 is Zip-Rush’s second-generation braking trolley. Magnetic configurations use eddy-current braking to decelerate riders smoothly along the cable, helping operators manage speed with low friction and noise. Choose the configuration that fits your line, rider range, and desired arrival speed.

Choose your Mach 2 configuration

• Non-Magnetic: The core Mach 2 trolley without magnetic braking.
• 50% Magnetic: Partial magnetic braking for applications requiring moderate deceleration.
• Full Magnetic: Maximum magnetic braking within the Mach 2 range.

Important: Magnetic configuration must be selected according to rider weight, cable slope, line length, cable diameter, and desired arrival speed. Contact Zip-Rush for a configuration review before ordering.

Add-ons and accessories

• Hook Add-On: Hook option for a compatible Mach 2 setup.
• Heat Sink Kit (4-Pack): Accessory kit supplied as a pack of four.
